This year, the pretty Cotswold town of Cirencester will have its first ever, beautifully designed, German- style Christmas Market. Located in the attractive Market Place in the very centre of the town, over 50 delightful wooden chalets, decorated with festive swags and white pea lights, set amidst a forest of prettily lit real Christmas trees, will create an enchanting spectacle. With their snowy roofs and inviting aromas of Gluhwein and Bratwurst, the Christmas market chalets will have all the charm and atmosphere of a traditional German Christmas Market, combined with an array of stylishly presented, tasteful, inspiring gifts, as well as fine foods and drink to satisfy even the most discerning shopper. Indeed many of the exhibitors are of the calibre one would expect to find at the top London Chritmas fairs, and will provide for some inspired shopping!  Every day there will be a programme of festive music and carols at the market and in the church, as well as a host of other special events going on in the town, all organised to the very highest standards. Visitors to the Christmas Market will also be able to enjoy daily craft, antiques and food fairs in the nearby Corn Hall, as well as a stunning venue for Contemporary Arts and Crafts in the New Brewery Arts Centre.
